P3’s strength and conditioning zone gives everyone an opportunity to find peak physical conditioning as well as elite pathway opportunities. Here at P3 we have classes and packages that suit everyone from groups and sport clubs through to individuals wanting to start on their fitness journey.
Alternate training sessions can be a variety of different components.






All alternate sessions are tailor made to suit the club and player’s requirements and needs and executed by P3’s highly experienced coaches.
These sessions are great for changing up training or for when it is going to be wet.
