Aussie played 226 AFL games and kicked 127 goals twice earning selection as an AFL All Australian. In 2005 at age 29 he retired from AFL football and returned to local leagues where he commenced his coaching career.
In 2006 he joined the Narre Warren Football club as senior coach and coached them to a breakthrough premiership wins in 2006 & 2007. He went on to coach Gippsland Power in the 2008 TAC Cup season and developed many household names such as Dyson Heppel, Jarryd Blair, Koby Stevens, Mitch Golby, Nathan Vardy & John Butcher to name just a few. After 2 seasons with Gold in the VFL he moved his family back to the South East & began planning the opening of P3 Sports and SEEPA.
Trav is a recruiter with St Kilda Football Club as a Pro Scout. He had over 170 games as senior coach at Cora Lynn, Gembrook & Ellinbank.
In 8 seasons as senior coach, Trav’s teams finished Prelim finals or better 6 times including 5 Grand Finals. He was the Assistant Coach at VFL & TAC Levels and 6 time team of the year Coach including All of Gippsland Coach in 2015.
Trav also has a 19 Year Career with Victoria Police reaching Senior Sergeant after just 12 years. He was part of the Victoria Police SME looking after Mentoring & Coaching. Awarded 2012 Churchill Fellowship studying Mentoring & Coaching in the Workplace, travelling to 6 different countries.
Frank is a very successful sports motivator who has worked with many of Australia’s top athletes over many years.
A master at getting athletes primed and ready for major sporting challenges, he has worked with many famous athletes/groups including:
• Boxer Jeff Fenech
• Swimmer Tammy Van Wisse
• 2000 Olympic Head Coach Australian Karate team
Frank was also instrumental in the breakthrough premiership years at Narre Warren in 2006 & 2007. More recently Frank at age 53 has just completed his first ultra marathon.
