P3 Sports & Recovery provides a state-of-the-art purpose built recovery centre where students and teachers engage and investigate strategies in practical applications. Each session can be booked as a single or series.

P3 TRC (Training & Recovery Comparison)
90mins, $20 per student for each session at P3
This session is a two-stage comparison program. In stage one, students will come into P3 and participate in a strength and conditioning session highlighting the importance of resistance training as a lifelong physical activity and learn activities that can be done with limited equipment. Students then participate in an active recovery session in the purpose built wet therapy area comprising of hot and cold spas (contrast bathing), a magnesium hydrotherapy pool and sauna. At the completion of stage one, students will complete a wellness scale indicator.
Stage two is a take-home/school program where students complete the same strength and conditioning program at least a week after stage one and an active recovery session with tools they have on hand with guidance from the P3 take home information. After Stage 2 students complete a wellness scale indicator.
Students and teachers will be sent a comparison from their wellness scale from stage 1 & 2.

P3 TRC Recovery Lounge Option
90 mins, $23 per student
The Recovery Lounge Option of the P3 TRC session includes an option where students participate in a dry recovery session instead of wet therapy in the purpose built Recovery Lounge. Comprising of 6 lounges using Recovery Boots which; a pulse recovery system which helps to recover faster between workouts by reducing muscle soreness and improving circulation. Please note that this session is limited to 6 students at a time.

Fitness Programming and Testing
90mins, $20 per student
This 6-week block program starts with an excursion to P3 where students will take part in a testing session for strength, speed, agility & mobility.
The next 4 weeks are conducted in school where students develop on core concepts from testing to improve movement in force and speed with specialised lesson plans to help students learn to devise their own training programs for key improvements in performance.
Students then return to P3 in week 6 to re-test. At the conclusion of the program, students will be able to compare rankings with other students and evaluate key findings in how they have changed their bodies performance.

Force & Speed
90 mins, $12 per student
In this session students learn to analyse the specialised movement skills and theory behind different sporting activities; football, netball, water polo & karate. Using state-of-the-art technology students will analyse the difference in force and speed with manipulation in movement structures. By comparing and contrasting speed and force (their own and classmates), students can deconstruct movements for further feedback and understanding and devise methods of improvement.

Wet Therapy Recovery
90 mins, $12 per student
Students participate in an active recovery session after a strength and conditioning session in the indoor netted area. The active wet therapy recovery session comprises of hot and cold spas (contrast bathing), magnesium hydrotherapy pool and sauna. Students will engage in how their bodies react to a proper recovery session usually reserved for elite athletes and what having a centre like this for public use means for the health benefits (i.e. prolong of sporting life or fewer injuries means less impact on our health system) within the community. Students learn that making choices in recovery impacts of performance.

A combination of the force & speed module and wet therapy recovery module in one session at P3 Sports and Recovery.

Fitness Training and Recovery
120 mins, $18 per student (minimum 25 students per session)
Students participate in an active recovery session after a strength and conditioning session. After an intense core and strength session, students then partake in an active dry and wet therapy recovery session, comprising of hot and cold bathing (contrast bathing) in portable baths at your school, foam rollers, bands and recovery boots. This option requires the school consumption of water and access to hoses and water supply.
